About the Role

As an Applications Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by shaping technical automation proposals for some of North America’s top packaging and manufacturing companies. You will engage directly with clients to understand their production challenges, conceptualize solutions, and develop clear, compelling proposals that bridge vision with execution.

This is a highly collaborative role, interfacing with sales, project management, and engineering. You will manage the development of automation solutions from napkin sketches to a fully scoped projects including cost, schedule, and performance objectives. You will translate all this into a formal quote document and then present to client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to understand manufacturing needs and automation opportunities.

As an Automation Electrician, your hands on trades skills will be utilized to build clean, well tested and professionally installed automation equipment. Automation Electricians are responsible for taking the designs from engineering to reality for everything electrical from sensor and cables for full panel builds. We combine our engineering team to equally listen to recommendations, adapt and evolve our standards for ease of building and installation based on assembler feedback.

Projects will range from small service trips up to multi-million dollar projects with teams. In this role, you will be responsible for laying out and building panels according to schematics and machine wiring. Experienced individuals will be a part of large installation and leading electrical contractors on site.

This is not a maintenance or OEM repeat machine build position.

Key Responsibilities
